Men with Small-Framed

Thicker knits can add a little extra width to a small frame. The sweater has a raglan sleeve (note: the sleeve is one piece from the wrist to the collar), which has a tendency to make the shoulder appear larger and more defined. Baseball jerseys with contrasting-colored arms are another way to achieve this effect.

The last thing you want when you have a small frame is to look like a little boy who’s playing dress-up in Grandpa’s big, baggy pants. That only makes you look smaller. So look for slim fits in casual pants. Trust me. You will look bigger if you fill out clothes with a slimmer construction.

Your attention to fit should extend all the way down to your T-shirts. Oversized tees will only make you look scrawny. Look for fitted tees in small sizes. You’re not large, so don’t buy anything with the L-word on the label.
